By signing up for and/ or otherwise accessing any of the services or products offered by You agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions listed below.

1.3.1 Subscriptions are paid in advance for a period of 12 months. Payment in advance will not be refunded unless otherwise expressly stately elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.


1.3.2 You are required to have a valid email address and credit/debit card and/or PayPal account registered to Your account at all times, failure to do so will result in automatic suspension of Your account. If You cancel Your credit/debit card and/or Paypal account for any reason You must immediately notify and provide details of a current valid payment card and/or PayPal Account.


1.3.3 You warrant that You are lawfully authorised to make payment using the payment card or facility You disclose to

1.3.5 If You fail to pay the amount due, shall be entitled to interrupt, suspend or cancel the Services until payment is received in full and all debt is cleared. Such interruption, suspension or cancellation does not relieve You from paying all money owed on the account; after seven days from the date of payment interest will be payable (without prior notice) in pursuance of current valid interest legislation.

1.4 Cancellation


1.4.1 You are entitled to cancel Your subscription at any time. Since the subscription period lasts for 12 months and is automatically renewed 30 days before the end of each 12-month period, a cancellation request must be received by 30 days before the 12-month subscription period, at the latest. The unused portion of any advance payment will not be refunded. If the cancellation is not sent to in time, the customer is obliged to pay the subscription fee for the following 12-month period.


1.4.2 reserves the right to cancel and/or suspend Your Service if payment for the services is more than fifteen days overdue.


1.4.3 After cancellation, you will no longer have access to your account and Your Data, including but not limited to e-mails, log files, databases, or other data files associated with your account may be deleted. accepts no liability for such deleted information or content.


1.4.4 After termination of Your contract for our services, will store any of Your equipment and/or other hardware (if applicable) during the organisation and completion of shipping of such equipment back to You.


1.4.5 After seven days of storing any such equipment and/or other hardware, reserves the right to dispose of the equipment and/or charge the customer for storage of the item(s).


1.4.6 If chooses to terminate specific subscription types or special services, may cancel a subscription with one month's notice. In such circumstances, the unused portion of any advance payment will of course be refunded.


1.4.7 During the first two weeks of services, You are entitled to a refund of the basic hosting plan rental fee should You decide to cancel the Services. No full refunds or pro rata refunds will be made after two weeks of service should You decide to cancel the Services.


1.4.8 Domain name registration fees, charges for additional data transfer and charges for optional extras added to Your account are not refundable under any circumstances.


1.4.9 Cancellation can be done by sending a signed letter by mail or fax. Notifications must include Your full name, with valid signature and reason for cancellation. Third party cancellations are not accepted.


1.4.10 When has received a cancellation request, You will automatically be given a notice of receipt, displayed on the front page of Your Control Panel. You will also receive a notice of receipt via e-mail regarding the cancellation from If You cannot see any such receipt on the front page of Your Control Panel within eight days You must send a new cancellation request.

2.1 Your subscription at includes automatic registration of Your full name, postal address, e-mail address and voice and fax (if available) telephone numbers. You are required to provide correct personal data and to inform via the Control Panel if it changes.


2.2 will not provide any of Your personal information to other companies or individuals without Your permission. However, we may need to provide Your name and delivery address to third parties that may use for the purposes of delivering specific Services to You (e.g. customer support).

3.7 Unless provided otherwise in the specifications for Your services, bandwidth use, including but not limited to data retrieval from your Web Site, e-mail traffic, and downloads, shall not exceed twenty-five gigabytes per month. Your combined mailbox use per account shall not exceed twenty-five gigabytes per month. You are responsible for monitoring your bandwidth and mailbox use, and agree to check your e-mail and download or delete your e-mail on a regular basis in order to ensure compliance with this paragraph. reserves the right to disable Your site until You can reduce Your bandwidth usage.

4. Liability
